Deposits, Payments & Cancellations

A signed contract and deposit in the amount of 25% of your projected total will act as your commitment to Kamado Flo Catering and enable us to begin planning your event. This deposit is due within two weeks of receiving our booking documents. Deposits are required to confirm reception event space, once the deposit is received, it is non-refundable.  Your second payment is due 90 days prior to your event in the amount of 50% of your remaining balance. Your final payment will be due with your final guest count 7 business days prior to your event. There is a 3% processing fee on all credit card payments. Your final payment must be made by credit/debit card. Our processing fee will be waived for final balances totaling less than $2,000. We will need a credit card to hold on file for any additional charges that may occur the night of your event.  


We are happy to provide a complimentary tasting for up to 6 people for your reception if you have already booked with Kamado Flo Catering.  We typically schedule tastings on the second Sunday of every month. Tasting times are available between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. You are able to choose up to three entrees, 2 starches & vegetables if applicable and 3 hors-d'oeuvres.  If you are unable to make the dates or times listed work for you we would be happy to schedule something that works for your schedule. If you have not booked your event with us yet there is a $300 tasting charge. If you book with us after the tasting the $300 will go toward your event.
